Jonny May says England’s attack could be the key to World Cup success

Jonny May is convinced England have the attacking ability to continue and blow teams off.
May is the vital weapon in the attack of England, however, the Leicester wing claims there are loads.
Despite Joe Cokanasiga along with Jack Nowell taking accidents, possibly ruling both out of the opener against Tonga on Sunday, Jones has Elliot Daly, Anthony Watson along with Manu Tuilagi .
When asked if any other group could rival the depth of England’s attacking alternatives, May stated:»I’d say not. Like I have been a part of it is nothing.
«I look round the area at the team-mates and the gift we have and also for me the belief is real we can beat anyone if we are at our very best. I believe we’ll peak at this World Cup.
«I really don’t want to come across as haughty as I’m not but I normally just can not talk up my team-mates enough.
«We have got players that can take the ball into the line and make conclusions, we have got players who can run over people, we’ve got speed, we have left-foot alternatives.
«Do other groups have good players? Obviously they do. It will return to mentally who will handle it and who creates it on the day, who’s ready for it.
«I believe this team is ready. There are real reasons to believe that we can do something very special.»
As England’s World Cup starts with two games in four times, jones announces his team, the conflict with Tonga at Sapporo followed by a showdown against the USA in Kobe.
«This group is past thinking about who’s the beginning XV. The message in Eddie is that he’ll pick a group to beat that opposition on that day and everybody has a role,» May said.
«It is not about who is better than who. We are not about that on this team. There’s not any point.
«We are extremely different and we are just about being the very best versions of ourselves to the group.»
Since bursting to South Africa, May has been an unstoppable force for England by crossing six times in seven matches this year, but he would forfeit tries for a victory.
«This is a dreadful trap to fall into, going into a match needing to score a try or seeking to score a try,» May explained.
«Of course, for a winger a try is the cherry on top of the cake. If I do not score a go in the championship, I could not care.
«I go to a game focusing on my own defence, my kick-chase, my high ball. Those are the things.
«If the chance comes to score a try, this is my role in that moment for the group. We just need to win each game.»
