An England cricket fan says»racist and homophobic abuse» compelled him to depart the fourth Ashes Test between England and Australia at Old Trafford.
Ed Marsh says Lancashire took to react to his criticism.
«Even after 72 hours there wasn’t anything meaningful from the reaction I’ve received,» Marsh told BBC Sport.
A spokesperson said the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) was»immensely disturbed that a spectator has felt distressed and humiliated».
A statement included:»We are operating with Lancashire to comprehend what has occurred and we recognise their work previously in handling anti-social behaviour.
«It is extremely important that supporters feel able to return and report anti-social behaviour and feel secure in doing this.»
Marsh, who attended the Exam with his own parents, in his sister, and their sixties, » said a group of eight guys were also singing a racist song about the Barbados-born fast bowler of England Jofra Archer.
He also said fans were exposed to chants, although gamers were in the same group on the end of abuse.
Marsh made his complaint via media the second day of this Test.
In a statement Lancashire stated they have a»zero tolerance policy on anti inflammatory behaviour».
It added that»two response groups were sent into the scene but did not witness any foul or abusive language»
Marsh said the band in question turned on him and his loved ones since they left the Lightning Stand, and it will be at the ground’s Statham End.
«There’s a very clear absence of policy authorities and I am astounded in 2019 the sport does not have a mechanism to report this type of episode in a manner that does not identify you to the perpetrators,» Marsh added.
«The Archer chant happened three times before I talked to your steward on the afternoon but being requested to recognize people who are two metres away makes you a goal. It was scary. It could have got physical and horrible.
«People talk about the atmosphere at cricket and the majority of it’s good natured but that was ongoing anti-social behaviour. If you’re from a minority background, why do you go?»
The information follows two Australia fans being ejected from Old Trafford for using»foul and abusive» speech towards Archer, 24, on the first day of the Test.
In 1999the ECB commissioned a report to racism in the sport to ensure all cricketers and those associated with the match are treated with respect.
Australia secured a 185-run triumph over England at Old Trafford on Sunday to retain the Ashes.
