British pet shops to be banned from selling puppies and kittens

Pet retailers must be banned from selling kittens and dogs by the government in a crackdown directed at stopping dog farming.
Third party sales of cats or dogs under six months old will undoubtedly be illegal, meaning customers will need to deal with all the breeder or an authorised rehoming center.
